  1. Yum! That dish is right up my alley. I like that you don't have to have meat, because the cheese probably has enough protein to cover that it looks so delicious.

  2. Hey Dave, How is everything, hopefully ok, I really like this simple pasta dish, looks like my dinner tomorrow night 😋 thanks for sharing this, please give Coco a pat on the head for me, Oreo loves when I cook Italian ‼️🙂😺

  3. Ha ha ha I never envisioned Pasta swimming in the Mediterranean 😉…. Once again looks yummy….it’s on the menu 😊

  4. Dave , great recipe & yes on us & the girls, guess what they want stuffed inside the pasta, pop pop can you put broccoli in the pasta( pop pop that's me) lol, i guess i can cut some florets into small florets & put inside the rigatoni, lol, maybe it will be good , who knows , can you believe that lol , keep your stick on the ice pal

  5. Could I replace the ricotta for Mozzarella? I'm not a fan of ricotta. I remember a friend of mine when we were in school her parents would put either ricotta or cottage cheese in there pancakes. It was ok but not had anything like it since. Have a good week.

  6. thanks for the reminder that i can enjoy ricotta without having to make lasagna. made a variation of this recipe for dinner tonight and it was delicious! 🙂
