Italian Sausages 2 ways – White Wine Sauce and an Orange Juice in a Pizza Oven | Ep2 The Bass Chef |



Ingredients for white wine sauce:-
(measuring for 1kg sausage)
1/2 onion coarsely chopped
2 cloves crushed garlic skin on
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons marroccan spice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cup of white wine

method:-
pre heat oven to 200 C
cook onion in a fry pan until translucent then place into a baking dish
sear the sausages lightly and place into the baking dish with the onions
put all the ingredients in the same dish making sure it’s all mixed together
cook for 45min

Ingredients for orange ju:-
measuring for 1kg sausage)
1/2 onion coarsely chopped
2 cloves crushed garlic skin on
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 teaspoons marroccan spice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons of oregano
1 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

method:-
pre heat oven to 200 C
cook onion in a fry pan until translucent then place into a baking dish
sear the sausages lightly and place into the baking dish with the onions
put all the ingredients in the same dish making sure it’s all mixed together
cook for 45min
(note 45min per dish)
