1️⃣ The amazing community and school we’ve had with @boundlesslife9304 If you haven’t heard about this epic digital nomad community for families make sure to check our pinned reels and story highlights on IG.
2️⃣ The food. We came with a stereotype of Italian food but have had so many dishes we had no idea existed and nearly every single thing we’ve eaten has been delicious. Tuscany for the food win!
3️⃣ The creamiest, dreamiest gelato in the world. It was nearly a daily splurge.
4️⃣ The laid back lifestyle. Enjoying life here is an art form and our mental health improved greatly while we embraced that aspect of Italian culture, especially appertivo hour.
5️⃣ The spritzes. Aperol. Campari. Hugo. Select. Name the spritz, it will be missed.
6️⃣ The cheap cost of coffee and croissants. An amazing cappuccino and cornetto? That’ll be €2.20
7️⃣ The history. Living in the center of Pistoia is like living in medieval times except we have all the modern creature comforts. Walking these cobbled alleys surrounded by buildings up to 1,000 years old is pretty special.
8️⃣ The wine. I mean, did you really think I’d leave this off the list?! Tuscany produces some of the best wine in the world and we’ve enjoyed it all!
