  3. That is the most disgusting looking pizza. I won’t say it’s the worst I’ve EVER seen. But it’s pretty gross. But I’m probably biased anyway. I hate “New York style” pizza. The crust is too thin. There is now way to cook it properly. It’s always either burnt or undercooked.

  4. Tip from Italian Pizzeria. Add parmigiano reggiano on top of the tomato sauce before adding mozzarella. This adds a divine savory flavor.

  5. pizza is hard. the ingredients are all simple, but getting it to come out right is difficult – especially at home. my expectations for home pizza are never as high and "good enough" home oven pizza is fine by me.

  6. BURNED CHEESE and SAUGGY DOUGH essentially how you can tell someone has no idea what PIZZA is, STRINGY cheese LOOSES FLAVOR and becomes a choke HAZARD, you put it 2m before done or 20-30s stone oven
