Make this amazing Dessert in Minutes! | Delicious Lemon cake Tart gluten-free
Hello dear friends today I’m making this delicious creamy lemon cake that melts in your mouth I hope you like it and prepare it for you and your loved one.

If you want to avoid sugar you can replace it with stevia or any sweetener. I made my recipes with love 💕

Ingredients:
For the crust:
120 gr Rice flour
100 gr of almond flour
2 egg yolks
100gr Butter
60gr Sugar (If you want use stevia or any sweetener instead)
3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1 lemon zes1 tsp of vanilla
A pinch of salt
8″ greased mold
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/175C

For the lemon cream:
500ml Milk
2 eggs
5 tbsp of Cornstarch
80 gr Sugar
1 grated lemon
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 tsp of salt

Meringue topping:
2 egg whites
50 gr of sugar (4 tbsp of sugar)
1/2 lemon juice
A pinch of salt
After add the topping bake it for 12 minutes more
