Ingredients
4 Tbsp raisins
4 medium eggs
2 cups of flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp vanilla liquid
1 lemon zest
Butter
A pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
In the oven at 180C for 40 minutes
22 cm baking dish
