  1. Modern Pastry is Boston’s North End makes the best. Mike’s Pastry is a tourist spot.

  2. The guy using his hands to scoop out the filling into the bucket 🤢 .I def won’t be eating this brand ever !!

  3. way too many hands touching the food. too hard to ensure sanitation.
4:24 so unsanitary. this is why i make 100% of my own food.

  4. Why the machines churning the filling at the end looked rusty and dirty and the guy scooping it without gloves 🧤 into a trash can grossed me out. 🤮

  5. Look out, cheesesteak (i.e., Pat's King of Steaks, the OG), Philly has some phenomenal cannoli! Also this would make Lil' Dicky and Will Smith happy to know that their home city is known for more than just beef and cheese sandwiches.

  6. Lol Arabs brought the cannolis to Sicily who knew. They also brought a lot of the foods in Spain that went to the Americas too.

  7. Their cannolis are alright. Everything I had at their bakery wasn’t good…that being said it’s a good tourist trap. There are better cannolis around Philly. Large Italian population you can find many cannolis around the city and outside the city that imo are better.

  8. Guys who work at this production line look so uncomfortable and depressed. The whole production does not look professional, it’s terrible!👎🏼

  9. All businesses that prepares food should use gloves, I don’t care. And we all know that men do not like to wash their hands.
