The new exterior paint color gave my home a fresh facelift and a real boost to the curb appeal. I also share an easy appetizer for parties, a delicious Summer pasta salad, charcuterie board, and a few new makeup products! 🌸 🌼

Appetizer Recipe:
1 Block of Cream Cheese Softened
1 15 oz. can Hormel Chili No Beans
2 cans 4.5 oz. Chopped Green Chiles
2-3 cups shredded Mexican Style Cheese
Directions:
Spread evenly softened cream cheese in baking dish (square or round). Layer can of chili, green chiles, then cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and back for approximately 30 minutes until hot and bubbly! Serve with tortilla chips.
BLT Pasta Salad Recipe:
16oz. of cooked Pasta al dente ( I used Campanelle)
16oz. of cooked bacon
1 med/large red onion
1 container of cherub grape tomatoes
Romaine Lettuce
Cook pasta al dente, rinse and cool. Chop bacon, red onion , and romaine into small pieces. Slice grape tomatoes in half, then add dressing.
Dressing:
1 cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
Fresh parsley chopped
Fresh dill chopped
1 clove of fresh garlic minced
Juice of one lemon
Salt
Pepper
1/2 packet of dry ranch seasoning
Mix all ingredients together and add to above pasta salad. Toss well, cover and place into refrigerator until needed.

FYI….easy hack….lif not able to paint black items on exterior, you can use WD40 & spray faded black plastics, urns, shutters, etc. will buy you a bit of time.
Hi Lauren I wanted to let you know that I tried your last recipe from the Pasta Queen, it was a hit. I ended up ordering the cookbook too. We cook our bacon the same way in the oven on parchment. It’s the best. Have a great week.

I love Italian food and your many food spreads and that pasta salad give me hunger pains 😋 I have a 15 month old Yorkie and she's a little dare devil, but such a sweet spirit as well, and must be in bed all tucked in before 10 pm. Charlotte Tilbury is getting a bit of a bad rap and those nauseating commercials.
I was told to never water your plants during the hot part of the day. Try only watering around dusk every day.
Lauren, cut your flowers back and feed them. It may take a couple of weeks come back.
Hi Lauren!! Loved your video this evening!! Regarding your flowers, we use Miracle Grow plant food every summer and have had good luck with it. We start off the season with a MG watering after we plant everything and then follow up every 2 weeks all summer with it in between regular watering.. My petunias are looking a little wild right at the moment, so I think I'm going to cut them back a little so they get nice and full again. Loved your BLT salad and am going to give it a try soon!! I buy my plants from a local farm, and they say the best way for the plants to come back to life is trimming them back.

Your house is a similar color scheme to ours! We had the whole exterior painted last year, and chose SW Iron Ore for our shutters and front door.

Give those petunias a good trim back (to half), you will loose colour for about 2 weeks than bam full and fluffy again. A bit of fertilizer as well. I’ve just done mine and now they are beautiful and full again. 🙋🏼♀️🇨🇦🥰
