We have a thing in Scotland called Pizza Crunch, it's Pizza dipped in batter and deep fried.
I never got to Naples on our trip in May because the rain was just so bad and watching this makes me regret it even more!! Hoping to return but now can make a few goodies while I wait. Thank you!

Why is there graffiti all over the walls of the buildings? Seems like sacrilege to do that to such a revered and ancient place. Just don’t understand that. Do they not appreciate? Everything in America is flimsy manufactured housing that lasts less than one lifetime.

Hors d'oeuvre? Appetiser? IT'S NOT GRAVY!!!!!!!!! Bechamel in English is "White Sauce". Americans are perverse. You can make a Roux (flour and fat) into a bechamel (add milk). Or cheat and low heat the lot. The french might turn you back at the border though.

I just watched Ava eating a S’more on another one of your videos. If she hasn’t had one over an open campfire then it wasn’t a S’more. I know a true Maine native has already told her thusly.

Deep fried pasta al bebé nice.
Ferment a couple of days= sourdough. I can’t see THAT in Italian food. UNLESS you can prove me wrong. (Consider this a challenge.) Sourdough bread alone does not count.
Is it true there is a refugee issue in that area? I had friends go recently and they reported bad crime and to avoid certian areas according to locals.
