Our chef, Salvatore Leo, was born in Italy in the small town of Salerno, not far from Naples. Being a sixth generation chef, this craft is in his blood. Since childhood, he spent a lot of time in the kitchen, helping his mother cook. He is madly in love with what he does, which is fully reflected in his work.
