►5 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
►250g of Cherry Tomatoes
►300g of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
►20g of Basil
►1 TBS of Olive Oil
►250g of Portobello Sauce
►3 tsp of Black Pepper
►3 tsp of Oregano
►Half a Cup of Pasta Water
►300g of Ricotta
►Parmesan cheese
►300g Cooked Pasta
