INGREDIENTS:
TOMATO SAUCE:
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
a pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
a glass of good white wine
1 carrot
2 celery sticks
1 onion
400 grams of mushroom
600 grams of ground turkey meat
2 bottles of tomato sauce (1,5 liter)

BECHAMEL SAUCE:
1 liter of milk
100 grams of butter
90 grams of all purpose flour
salt and pepper
a pinch of grated nutmeg (if you don’t have it is ok)

LASAGNA:
300/400 grams of Lasagna pasta – (I use fresh lasagna pasta which you don’t need to pre-cook)
200 grams mozzarella cheese
100 grams provolone cheese (or any other soft cheese that you like)
parmigiano cheese for the topping
