My 15 minute meals should provide you with calorie counted super delicious ideas that will stop cooking being a chore and deliver food to the table at speed.

Creamy Red Pesto Pasta (ideal for meal prep – you can swap the pasta for rice and vegetables if preferred) – 428 CALORIES (serves 1)
150g Chicken Breast
15g Red Pesto
50ml Single Cream (use a dairy free alternative if required like I did)
50-100ml Water
1/2 Red Pepper
Handul of Chopped Tomatoes
Handful Spinach (I used frozen which worked fine too)
2 Garlic cloves (or lazy garlic)
Pasta of your choice or Rice
Salt & Pepper
TO SEASON CHICKEN – Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
