THIS IS NOT A PINEAPPLE. Today I was walking through Kroger when I found this odd fruit. It tastes like a pineapple but the only way to really know is to do the unthinkable (PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA??). I feverishly mixed together flour, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic, basil, olive oil, and water and literally BROKE my Kitchen Aid Mixer while I was kneading it. I let my pizza dough rise in a well oiled bowl for about an hour and then I began to assemble. I stuffed my crust and loaded up my pizza with garlic butter, parmesan, sauce, mozzarella, all of my toppings and the fruit in question. I stuck it in the oven for 14 minutes and took a bite. This pizza tasted so good it left me with one clear answer.
