Little note: around minute 5.45 you talk about Montepulciano as a Sangiovese clone. It is not. It's very confusing for people outside Italy, but Nobile di Montepulciano (wine) it's a base Sangiovese wine made in Tuscany, while Montepulciano (grape) it's a grape variety indigenous of Abruzzo. So they are definitely different wines and grapes. Other than this love your videos and I really missed them! Keep up with this good work you have lots of restaurants in which you can use this format!

I love these videos. As a companion could you do an explainer for how you approach wine lists in reality? You seem to really value bottle age. As someone who is relatively new to learning more about wine – with a non unlimited budget – I'd love to hear about best ways to have great wine experiences at restaurants with solid lists. Obviously it is subjective, but should the focus be on bottle age, producer, terroir, vintage, etc? Or the best combination of all of those?
