    I like it he actually did something that I considered that was different to steak toast and eggs. He just did it using Italian ingredients which I think is a good combination.

    I know Bobby has Southwestern influence, but for him to switch it up and instead go with Italian to make this plate of food…you gotta admit, that's a bit risky, but very impressive. Although I do agree that the eggs could have been in the pan for just a couple more seconds, one thing I learned about scrambled eggs is that they continue to cook for a few more seconds once you take them out of the pan, which means if it looks done in the pan, it will become overcooked on the plate. Still, I respect Bobby for trying something different here, I think his plate of Italian steak and eggs looked good. Just wish I knew who won this one
