Recipe:

water
Noodles – 500 g
Salt – 1 tsp
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Cook until done
4 cheeses:
Gouda – 150 g
Cheddar – 150g
Mozzarella – 150g
Parmesan – 150g
Butter – 40g
Cream cream – 200 ml
Milk – 300 ml
mix well
Pour into the pan
We distribute the cheese
Half of each serving
Nutmeg – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp / Parsley – 1 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
pepper to taste
mix well
The cheese should melt.
Pour the sauce over 1/3 of the pasta
mix well
Lay out on a baking sheet
layer of noodles
Drizzle with cheese sauce
Put 4 cheeses
Bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes
