Braciole recipe

Braciole Ingredients:
800g top round/sirloin beef, sliced into about 1cm thick slices
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
3-4 medium cloves garlic, crushed
5/6 branches / 10-15 g fresh cilantro, minced
1 cup parmesan, freshly grated
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
100-120 g provolone, sliced
Salt and pepper to season the meat

Braciole sauce:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large / 250g yellow onion, chopped
3-4 medium cloves garlic, crushed
¾ cup white or red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
