Is there a point to testing whether a culinary student can cut a potato into perfect cubes, or is the test mostly an exercise for developing knife skills (which I'm sure is very effective!)?
Please pass on any tips for cutting potatoes!! I swear, potatoes make me insane! Trying to cube them into similar sizes is freaking difficult!! Please – pass on any tips for potatoes !
