My baby Grogu and I also loved seeing snippets of your visit to little Italy…my father is from Venice. The egg plant parmigiana looked so mouth-watering and my nonna from Sicily made the best egg plant parmigiana.💖
And I most agree, roma tomatoes do make the best sauce and I love the taste of them. The Ricotta cheese 🧀made our mouths water as it looked so creamy and thick.😛

We both love our meaty lasagna but like to have so much spinach in it. I like the middle creamy part of a lasagna.
