LINGUINE WITH POTATO, ZUCCHINI AND SPECK #shorts #asmr



It’s pasta time! Let’s prepare it with @Rafael Nistor 😃

INGREDIENTS

Linguine 200 g
Speck 100 g
Parmesan cheese 30 g
Potato 1
Zucchini 1
Salt to taste

Cut the speck into strips, add to a pan and brown until crispy. Remove from the pan and dry. Cut the zucchini into chunks and cook it for a few minutes with the fat released by the speck.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the potato and cook it in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Add the linguine to it and cook halfway through, then continue cooking in the pan with the zucchini and potatoes, adding cooking water if needed.

Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat, add the Parmesan and sauté altogether
