1 lb. fresh chicken cutlets – sliced thin
10 ounces baby bella mushrooms (cremini) – sliced
1/4 cup shallots – chopped fine
4 cloves garlic – chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley – chopped
1 cup marsala wine
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 ounces butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup flour + 1 tablespoon
to taste – sea salt & fresh ground pepper
