    How do you enjoy working from your trailer? Is it your own business? It seems appealing to me currently as I work in my (relatively) high stress job!

    How much effort is it to maintain your cooking temp over longer periods of time?

    Typically I try to keep it at 900F or under. Sweet spot is actually 800F or so I’ve found. But sometimes depending on conditions outdoors, it will go above 1000F.
