Unfortunately it looks like the egg is scrambled there.

Bro quella è la quantità che mangio per assaggiare la cottura

Scherzi a parte complimenti, ora ho fame

  3. Any particular reason to have the guanciale pieces that big? I tend to have them like 1/3 the size.

    Looks delicious anyway!

Looks like you’re gonna need to make a little more

  5. I grew up eating this all the time for breakfast. I would make it with my grandmother. I never thought twice about it until I was out to dinner and someone ordered it. I didn’t know what Carbonara was called lol.

It is a quick and simple meal. Although we never used cream, only cheese, pasta water and egg yolk.

I’ve never had carbonara before and I really do want to try it. However, for religious reasons, I am vegetarian. Would it still be called carbonara if it was made vegetarian? What would you recommend I use instead of pork cheek?

  7. Incredibile, ora non vedo l’ora di mangiare la carbonara ma non ho nessuno degli ingredienti❤️

You cooked only 3 strands of pasta? Where’s the rest of it? Or were you just feeding your pet grasshopper?

Do Italians prepare carbonara one bite at a time?
