Ossobuco (Osso buco)The Most Italian Dish goes Swedish

I made OSSOBUCO, the famous Italian classical dish. With a doubtful start but a happy ending. Enjoy the Video!

INGREDIENTS:
Veil shank (I think that is the correct name)
Onions
Garlic
Carrots
Celery
Olive oil
Butter
Tomatoes
White wine
Lemon zest
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Broth/fond of choice (I used a vegetarian broth, in moste recipes it sais beef fond, but that is not necessary)

Fry the meat, fry the vegetables, then mix everything in a pot – or I made it in my big orange Dutch Oven. Put in the wine and the fond (I used vegetable fond – a tasty one that I have).
