SHRIMPS IN KATAIFI PASTRY #shorts

INGREDIENTS
5 Argentina shrimp
1 Avocado
Juice of half lime
1 Shallot
50g Honey
1 Chili pepper
Salt
Kataifi pastry
Seed oil

METHOD
Clean the shrimps and wrap them with kataifi pastry.
In a bowl, place the avocado, a finely chopped shallot clove and a pinch of salt with the juice of half a lime, mash very well with a fork. In another bowl, add the honey and dry chili, mix well and set aside. In a saucepan, add seed oil, once well hot add the prawns and cook 3-4 min, and dry the prawns on absorbent paper.

Take a flat plate, place the guacamole sauce, the prawns on top, add the spicy honey and finish everything with a sprinkle of salt.
