25g oil, 1 egg, 40g sugar
2 yolks, 50g sugar, salt, zest
200g cottage cheese, 30ml milk
2 egg whites, salt, lemon juice or lemon salt

Bake at 180C for 30 minutes, then at 160C for 20 minutes
