This is Toronto’s best pasta or at the very least, one of them. If you love pasta, then risk the lines and the wait time because, imo, it is totally worth it. Baldassarre is about as good as the stuff I had in Rome and I want you to see it and then try for yourself. Come and join me – it’s time to get food!
