✅ Ingredients-
For Sauce:
– 2 cup Tomato Puree
– 1/2 cup Cream
– 1 tbsp Butter
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 1 tsp Paprika Powder
– 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
-1 tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
– 1 tsp Cornflour
– 5-6 Fresh Basil
– 1 tsp Oregano
– 1 tsp Pepper Powder
– Salt as required
– 3-4 Celery (Chopped)
– 3-4 tbsp Leeks
– 1/2 tsp Sugar
– 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
✅ Method-
– Add oil and butter into a pan
– Add garlic, celery, and leeks
– Add tomato puree, dry masala, cornflour into pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
– Add cream, cheese, fresh basil and cook it for 3-4 minutes
✅For Fresh Pasta:
200 Gms Maida
Salt as required
Water as required
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
Method:
-Mix all ingredients given above and knead dough as shown
-Boil some water
-Give it shape as shown and the boil it
-Add this pasta to the sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes
