Spagetti alle Cozze Recipe, Authentic Italian Recipe, Clam Spagetti [How To][Cooking][Amazing]

Recipe (4 persons):

Ingredients:
2l (9c) Cold Water
1 kg (2 lb) Fresh Mussels
0,5 dl (0,2 c) Extra virgine olive oil
2 dl (1 c) White wine
4 Cloves of garlic
1/2 Red chilli
250 g (0,5 lb) Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions:
* Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
* Brush the fresh mussels well under running cold water.
* Discard those that are broken.
* Fry the mussels together with the garlic in olive oil for a few minutes.
* Pour in wine and stir, cook for about 2 minutes until all the mussels have opened.
* Lift the mussels with a slotted spoon and set aside.
* Discard the mussels that are still closed.
* Let the spade boil for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
* Turn the mussel spatula, mussels, chili and parsley into the freshly cooked pasta.
* Mix and taste once more.
