Spagetti alle Vongole Recipe, Authentic Italian Recipe, Clam Spagetti [How To][Cooking][Amazing]

Recipe (4 persons):

Ingredients:
2 l (9 c) Cold Water
2 dl (1 c) Salt
1 kg (2 lb) Clams
400 g (1 lb) Spagetti
0,5 dl (0,2 c) Extra virgine olive oil
1/2 Red chilli
4 Cloves of garlic
250 g (0,5 lb) Parsley
2 dl (1 c) Cherry tomatoes
2 dl (1 c) White wine
Zest from half a lemon
Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions:
* Cook the pasta 2 min shorter than the instructions on the package.
* Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the chili, garlic and half of the parsley.
* Add the tomatoes and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
* Add the mussels and stir.
* Add the wine and put on the lid and cook for about 2 minutes, or until all the mussels have opened.
* Turn the freshly cooked pasta into the mussel saucepan and let it simmer for at least 2 minutes on low heat while stirring.
* Grate over lemonzest, season with salt and pepper.
* Sprinkle over the rest of the parsley.
* Serve in hot deep plates.
