Tapioca cauliflower arancini with Arrabbiata sauce😋

Arancini is a popular Italian deep fried rice balls stuffed with cheese.To give a little twist have tried with CAULI RICE instead of white rice. Cauli rice is a grain free, low carb alternative for white rice made from cauliflower. When served with arrabbiata sauce then this will be a perfect party starter for all your KETO Friends.

A quick recipe

✅Pressure cook 3-4 pieces of tapioca & mask it.
✅To a pan add 1 cup water, boil it & add 6-7 cauliflower and blanch it.
✅Remove from water & grate it.
✅To a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tbsp chilly flakes, 1&1/2 tbsp onion & sautee for few min.
✅Then add cauli rice, tapioca & sautee for few min.
✅And now add salt, pepper 1 tbsp & mix well.
✅Add the prepared mix to a bowl then some basil leaves.
✅Take a small ball sized dough and make a round shape & stuff it with a piece of mozerella cheese.
✅To a bowl add 1 tbsp Maida, salt, water & mix it to a paste.( you can replace it with egg)
✅Now dip it in Maida paste followed by bread crumbs.
✅Then deep fry it in oil.

Arrabbiata sauce 😋

✅To a pan add water & boil it, then add two tomato & boil for 4-5 min.
✅Now remove the tomatoes & peel the skin.
✅Chop 1 tomato & make tomato purée with the other.
✅Then to a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, chopped garlic 1 tbsp, 1 chopped onion, chilli flakes 1/4 tbsp.
✅Then add the chopped tomato & purée and sautee for few min.
✅Then add 1 cup water & boil 10 min.
✅Now add salt, 1 tbsp pepper & fresh Basil leaves.
✅Serve it with arancini balls.
