My Homemade Limoncello Recipe V Italian Import

I made limoncello at home here in Australia, and then decided to taste test alongside the Villa Massa version that is available here as an import. To give mine a chance, I let those lemon peels soak in the spirits for one month, and made sure I stirred it daily. Then after adding the syrup, let the flavours evolve a little longer in the bottles. I was very happy with the results, especially being my first attempt making limoncello.
