-2tbsp Olive Oil
FOR SAUCE
– 1/2 small Onion
– 1 clove Garlic
– 1.4 lb/635g Tomato puree
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1/4 tsp Pepper
– 1/8 tsp Sugar
– 1/2 tsp Oregano
– 1/2 tsp Basil
– 1/4 cup of Parmesan
– 5g Parsley
