Today Julianne will show you how to make our favorite melt-in-your mouth butter cookies. These light cookies are so easy to make, but give you a perfect sweet and delicate treat to enjoy with your coffee! Plus, she’s cooking this easy dessert completely from our stockpile!

Here’s the recipe for these cookies:

2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup room temperature salted butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cane sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 egg yolks

Combine all ingredients. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place into a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten into circles. Chill in fridge for 5-10 minutes. Bake at 350° for 8-12 minutes.
