Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken 250g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 pinch or as required
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Roll patti/Manda patti as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a chopper,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt,cumin powder, paprika powder,turmeric powder,egg,lemon juice & chop well.
-Add more egg if consistency is thick.
-Transfer the mixture to a piping bag & set aside.
-In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Take roll patti/manda patti,fold & cut with the help of knife.
-Roll out manda patti/roll patti with the help of a wooden pencil/chopstick,apply flour slurry at the end & seal properly.
-Carefully remove thick wooden skewer/chopstick & prepare all the cigars similarly (makes 28-30).
-Now fill the cigars with prepared chicken filling.
-Can be stored for up to 1 month in freezer.
Method 1: Air-Fry
-Brush oil & air fry at 180C for 10 minutes.
Method 2: Deep Fry
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (150C) and fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

Ajza:

Tarkeeb:
-Chopper mein chicken,adrak lehsan paste,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,namak,zeera powder, paprika powder,haldi powder,anda aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Agar consistency thin kerni ho tou mazed anda shamil ker lein.
-Piping bag mein transfer ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-Roll patti/manda patti ko fold ker ka knife ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Manda patti/roll patti ko wooden pencil/chopstick ki madad sa roll ker lein aur ek end per flour slurry laga ker properly seal ker lein.
-Wooden skewer/chopstick ko carefully remove ker lein aur baqi cigars bhi asay he tayyar ker lein (makes 28-30).
-Ab cigars ko tayyar chicken filling sa bhar dein.
-1-month kliye freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Method 1: Air-Fry
-Oil laga lein aur 180C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
Method 2: Deep Fry
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (150C) aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
