Mouthwatering Creamy White Wine Lobster Linguine ๐ฆ ๐
Ingredients:
โข 1 box Linguine noodles
โข 1 cup heavy whipping cream
โข 3/4 cup Chardonnay or white wine of choice
โข 4 Garlic ๐ง cloves minced
โข 1 Stick of Garlic & Herb Butter
โข 1 C PARMESAN Cheese X Asiago Cheese
โข 4-5 Lobster Tails/ Claws
โข All Purpose Seasoning
โข Italian Seasoning
โข Lemons
โข Black Pepper
โข Salt
โข Smoked Paprika
โข Avocado Oil
โข Fresh Parsley
Directions:
1. Boil your noodles, drain and set some pasta water aside to thin out sauce if too thick
2. Remove meat from half the lobster tails, and season with all purpose, paprika and black pepper. Split the remaining tails in half and season.
3. Sautรฉe removed meat in 1/4c butter and 1 tbsp avocado oil for 3-5 mins on medium low heat and remove immediately. Sautee the halved tails next.
4. Add in garlic, cook until fragrant, and add in your white wine. Cook until reduced and add in heavy whipping cream.
5. Cook on medium low heat, and add in seasonings, & cheese.
6. stir until mixed and add in lobster meat, noodles, and fresh parsley.
7. Garnish with more parsley and let sit for 6 mins to let sauce thicken.
