This is my new Favorite Sandwich – The Chopped Italian. And to really take it to the next level I baked fresh Baguettes. In this video I show in detail how I bake Baguettes, because this is absolutely something anyone can do at home.
Baguette Ingredients
Poolish
1 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
⅛ tsp Instant Yeast
⅔ cup Cool Water
2 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
1 ½ tsp Instant Yeast
2 tsp Kosher Salt

Artichoke Heart Spread Ingredients
¾ cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
½ tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Sundried Tomato Spread Ingredients
¼ cup Marinated Sundried Tomatoes
12 Fresh Basil Leaves
