ITALIAN RICOTTA CAKE
cake tin 8 in /20 cm
2 cups (500 gr) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup (100 gr) brown sugar
2/3 cup (160 gr ) milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup (45 gr) all-purpose flour
vanilla extract
icing sugar
amarena cherries in syrup
bake at 200°C / 390°F for 20 mins.
continue baking at 180°C / 350 °F for 40 mins.
