Focaccia is an oven-baked soft, fluffy bread. Similar to a pizza, it can be topped with all your favourites like tomatoes, sweet peppers and onions, as seen in this video. It goes perfectly on a charcuterie board with salami’s and cheese. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Ingredients:
1 cup of Crushed Tomatoes
2 tbsp Dried Oregano
1 Sweet Pepper
1/2 Onion
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Dough (Homemade or store-bought)
