In this video, I visit Napoli Pizza, in Vallejo, CA, along with my bestie, Janet. I have thought so much of their pizza, I decided to do a review.
What makes this pizza special, in my opinion, is the sauce. It is not wimpy, but robust and spiced with just the right amount of Italian seasoning. The crust is also excellent in that it is not the usual “doughy” kind, so common today. This indicates to me that they are using a superior high protein flour, probably from Italy.
The meat topping are flavorful, too. Ours had salami, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. They were seasoned just right and did not create the greasy pool one sees so often in run of the mill pizza places.
