Spinach 700gr
3 cloves of garlic
Ricotta 350gr
A.P flour 90gr
2 eggs
50gr parmesan or pecorino cheese
Salt
Pepper
Butter for sauce 50 gr
Sage leafs
olive oil 3ogr
