1 ½ cup mozzarella Cheese (More or less can be added)
3 slices of roasted red peppers (From container) finely Chopped (Add more or less)
½ cup Italian Dressing (For marinade)
Juice of ½ lemon (For marinade)
Italian seasoning (Sprinkle lightly inside quesadilla before cooking)
Pesto Sour Cream
½ cup sour cream
