I used the hot italian sausage seasoning from PS seasoning alon with the PS seasoning all natural hog casings. I added some high temp cheese to half of this sausage batch and they cheesy Hot Italian Sausages were so dard tasty! The MEAT equipment I used in this video makes it so easy to make sausage .
