Clementine Custard Cream Recipe – Delicious Diet Cooking – Italian Kitchen Recipes

Nowadays it is time for citrus harvesting. Recipes like in this video help you live this season to the fullest! This recipe is dietary and very easy to cook. It is important to cook the clementine curd in hot water to avoid burns. The classic custard to be added to clementine curd at the end of cooking is to be prepared as shown in the video:
Ingredients:
1. Clementines 1 kg
2. 4 fresh eggs
3. Cane sugar 20 g
4. Sunflower oil 20 ml
5. Classic custard freshly prepared 3 tablespoons per 200 ml of clementine curd.
The clementine curd is cooked up to 90 ° C and then the classic fresh custard is added and mixed well.
