Lasagne are made all over the world; but it’s a dish that comes from Emilia Romagna. And here we have Franca showing us how the locals make lasagna. We travelled to the hills just south of Bologna to where Franca is a contadina, a market gardener, who prides herself on her cooking. Enjoy!
