Catawba, North Carolina is a little off the beaten path, but a worth while trip just to get Rose and Daisy. Gilda and her son, Eric, have created this amazing restaurant with old family recipes. It’s named after Gilda’s grandmothers who came over from Italy in the early 1900s. She’s keeping their legacies alive with yummy Italian cuisine made with love.
