Pasta Napoletana Ala Cheesecake Factory

This pasta is one of the most delicious pasta that I’ve ever tasted in my life, a crowd pleaser. I only serve this on special occasion, and it disappear quickly. It is one of the pasta selections in the wide range of food menu at Cheesecake Factory, I loved it and had to recreate it. Yes, this is not the healthiest of them all, but all things excessive is not good. So, eat moderately and occasionally.

This is the ultimate meat lovers’ sauce, made with napolitana sauce and creamy white sauce with all the meat you can think of. The napolitana sauce taste like meat lover’s pizza where the recipe was inspired. You can have the best taste of pizza, carbonara and Italian pasta all in one. Can’t get any better than that.

Below is the copycat recipe of the famous Cheesecake Factory’s Pasta Napoletana (Napolitana). Enjoy!

Ingredients:

500 g Spaghetti Noodles
Napoletana (Napolitana) Sauce

800 g Napoletana Sauce
1 Cup Italian Sausage
1 Cup Pepperoni
¼ Kg Minced Beef
½ Cup Beef Bacon
1 Cup Mushrooms
1 Medium Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic

White Sauce (buttery parmesan cream sauce)

180 g Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
3 Cups Heave whipping cream
1 ½ Cups Fresh Milk
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Cook the noodles according to package instruction or till al dente.
2. Drain the pasta and run it under cold water to stop the cooking.
3. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic. When the onion becomes translucent, add in the minced beef and cook it till it turns light brown.
4. Add the Italian sausage, pepperoni and mushroom and cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Add in the Napoletana sauce. Stir and put in the salt and pepper. Cook the sauce for another 8 to 10 minutes stirring once in a while.
6. In a sauce pan, put in the butter. When it turns golden brown, add in the flour and stir.
7. Add the milk, cream cheese and whipping cream and stir.
8. Put in the onion and garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
9. Add the parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
10. Assemble the pasta by coating the noodles with the white sauce first and topping it with the napolitana sauce and basil leaf.
11. Serve and Enjoy!
