8 cup of chopped russet potatoes (optional)
2 32oz mason jars of water or vegetable broth
Seasoning to add:
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
