Here is my pizza recipe.
I have been doing pizza at home with my mom and dad since I have memories.
Throughout the years we have improved the recipe since i have found the perfect one which allows you to do the dough the same day and let it raise for just 2h and 30 min for a super crunchy crust and a soft pizza too.
PIZZA MARGHERITA is the base for all your pizzas. Allow your fantasy and taste to bring on top of it anything you like.
INGREDIENTS (For 2 medium size pizzas)
DOUGH:
250g of flour 00
150ml lukewarm water
7g of fresh yeast
1tsp of sugar
5g of Salt
15g of olive oil EVO
TOPPING:
80g of Sieved Tomatoes sauce
2 buffalo mozzarella 125g each
Oregano
Olive oil
Salt
Couple of Fresh basil leaves
